According to Sahara Reporters, sources close to the family suggest that financial difficulties and medical expenses may have been contributing factors to Kassa’s tragic decision.

SP Suleiman Nguroje, the spokesperson for the Adamawa State Police Command, confirmed the incident, stating that investigations are underway to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the inspector’s death.

In a separate incident, Sergeant Sunday Wadzani of the Nigeria Police Force reportedly shot and killed his father in Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State. The tragic event occurred on Sunday near the State Police Command headquarters in Modugannari. According to Daily Trust, Wadzani, who serves at the Borno State House of Assembly complex, has been arrested and is currently in custody at the GRA Police Station.
