On Sunday, Kolawole praised the people of Ekiti for their support of Governor Biodun Oyebanji and maintaining peace despite calls for a nationwide protest. He urged citizens to remain patient, emphasizing that the All Progressives Congress (APC) government is committed to implementing measures that will enhance the nation’s well-being and development.
Kolawole stated, “If the APC’s plans are fully implemented and citizens show patience, we will see significant development throughout the country benefiting everyone. However, this requires a peaceful environment. Nigerian leaders need our prayers and support.”
He commended Ekiti residents for their peaceful conduct and decision to forgo the protest, highlighting that this reflects their appreciation for Governor Oyebanji’s developmental efforts. Kolawole acknowledged the people’s strong support for the governor and the current administration, which motivates further progress.
