Sources informed DAILY POST that Omodewu died early Monday morning in the United States.
Omodewu, who was from Itesiwaju local government area in the Oke Ogun geopolitical zone, previously served as a commissioner under the administration of former Oyo State Governor Senator Abiola Ajimobi.
The APC’s Publicity Secretary in Oyo State, Wasiu Olawale Sadare, confirmed the news to DAILY POST. Sadare stated, “It is true; the chairman has passed away. He died early today in the USA.
