As part of her tour across North Central states, Essiet has been educating citizens about Tinubu’s administration policies and programs. She emphasized that every community plays a crucial role in national development by investing in the human capital of its members.

Essiet highlighted that community development can include enhancing human capital, providing leadership training, and fostering volunteerism. She noted that each community possesses valuable assets and encouraged citizens to collaborate in leveraging these resources.

On her X handle, Essiet stated, “I believe every community has valuable assets, which is why I use the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach in my initiatives. I work with community leaders to ensure that their contributions are integrated into development efforts, whether through human capital, leadership skills, community associations, transparent accounting, land, team spirit, or volunteering.
