Davido Challenges Police Order: Where Should Edo Voters Go After Voting

Singer Davido has raised concerns about the Nigeria Police Force’s directive for voters in Edo State to return home immediately after casting their votes.

This directive was issued today by Deputy Inspector General of Police, Frank Mba, who is overseeing security for the state election. During an interview on Channels Television, Mba stated, “If you’re not accredited to participate in the election, you shouldn’t be out on the streets. Cast your vote and return home; it’s your civic duty.”
