The controversial figure took to Instagram, pleading for help and claiming to have sustained injuries during the incident. A video surfaced online, showing Bobrisky being dragged off the flight by airport security officers.

In related news, a senior official from the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) has addressed claims made by Bobrisky regarding serving his jail term in a private apartment. Recently, activist VeryDarkMan shared a video in which Bobrisky allegedly claimed to have bribed EFCC officials to drop money laundering charges against him.

In the video, a voice purportedly belonging to Bobrisky claimed that a “godfather” and Haliru Nababa, the controller general of NCoS, facilitated his ability to serve his six-month sentence in a private setting rather than in prison. However, a high-ranking NCoS officer clarified in an interview that what some refer to as VIP treatment is actually a special facility that has existed for years. The officer explained that different facilities are available based on prisoners’ conditions, such as health, age, and sex, which determine their accommodations during incarceration.
