Nigerian Lawyer and Activist, Mike Ozekhome (SAN) claims the APC and its Flagbearer, Bola Ahmed Tinubu presidential will be challenged in Court.

“Section 132-134 of the constitution, that the winner of the presidential election must not only win a plurality of the vote, that is the most number of votes, but he must also win 25% in each of at least 2/3 of the Nigerian states and the Federal Capital Territory, what does that mean? You must get 25% in 24 states and the FCT”.

“Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu didn’t score 25% in FCT he should not and could not be declared President-elect as INEC wrongly did so all these are matters that must and will be challenged at the Tribunals”, Mike Ozekhome added. CONTINUE READING

If these matters in Nigeria’s constitution it clearly means one thing the election was not rigged Bola Ahmed Tinubu won the election free and fair on a wide margin as declared by the INEC, cause if it was rigged will Abuja collated result not be in Favour of the APC flagbearer?.
