The agency has also warned the public to remain vigilant against scammers who may try to exploit applicants during this period.

This recruitment drive is part of the NCS’s efforts to enhance trade facilitation and contribute to Nigeria’s economic recovery.

“Our recruitment process is completely free and fair. At no stage will we request any form of payment. Anyone doing so is a scammer,” the agency stressed, urging applicants to beware of fraudulent activities.

The NCS provided eligibility criteria for applicants, which include being a Nigerian citizen by birth, possessing a valid National Identification Number (NIN), and having no criminal record or ongoing investigations.

The academic qualifications required for the three cadres are as follows:

  • Superintendent Cadre: A university degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) and an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
  • Inspectorate Cadre: A National Diploma (ND) or Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) from an accredited institution.
