Back in January 2025, 2Baba sparked massive online reactions after announcing his divorce from longtime wife, Annie Macaulay, and soon after confirmed his romantic involvement with Natasha, expressing his deep affection and desire to marry her.

According to a report shared on Instagram by Nigerian journalist Stella Dimoko Korkus, the traditional wedding ceremony is allegedly set to take place on Friday, April 25, 2025, in Benin City, Edo State.

Korkus revealed that all necessary steps have already been taken to formalize the union, noting that 2Baba recently traveled to his hometown in Benue State, where he introduced Natasha to Idoma traditional leaders and members of his community.

She wrote:

“Singer Tuface Idibia and his lover, Honourable Natasha Osawuru, are set for a traditional wedding. According to sources, the ceremony will reportedly hold on Friday, April 25, 2025, in Benin City. Preparations are in full swing, and significant cultural steps have been taken to strengthen the bond between the couple.

On Monday, April 21, 2025, Tuface formally presented Natasha to the traditional leadership of his Idoma community.”
