Charged with theft, a defendant with no permanent address stood trial and entered a plea of not guilty.
Inspector Yomi Osuolale, the prosecutor, informed the court that the alleged offense occurred in Ado-Ekiti between May and June and involved accomplices who remain at large.
Defense lawyer Olawumi Olowolafe requested bail, which was approved by Magistrate Olubunmi Bamidele at N200,000, requiring two sureties. The matter was postponed to July 30 for hearing.
