Barcelona may be preparing to terminate Marcus Rashford’s loan from Manchester United just weeks after his much-publicized switch to Spain, according to El Nacional.

Rashford, who joined the La Liga champions in July after being sidelined at Old Trafford alongside Jadon Sancho, Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, and Tyrell Malacia, has endured a rocky start to life in Barcelona. Reports suggest the 27-year-old England forward is finding it difficult to adapt, prompting concern among the club’s hierarchy about his lackluster form.

Despite featuring in Barcelona’s first three league games, Rashford has yet to impress. He was notably substituted at halftime in their 3-2 comeback victory over Levante on August 23, with Barca already trailing 2-0.

Meanwhile, Nigerian international Emmanuel Dennis is closing in on a move to Turkish Super Lig side Antalyaspor following his departure from Nottingham Forest. Africafoot reports that the 27-year-old is set to pen a two-year deal with the Turkish club.

Dennis, who spent the latter half of last season on loan at Blackburn Rovers, failed to find the net in seven appearances and rejected an offer to stay permanently in the Championship. A switch to Antalyaspor is now seen as an opportunity for a career revival, even as Rashford’s short-lived Barcelona adventure faces uncertainty.
