According to sources at the Bureau De Change (BDC) in Lagos, the U.S. dollar traded at ₦1,450 for sale and ₦1,435 for purchase on the black market.
However, it is important to note that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognize the parallel market for foreign exchange transactions. The apex bank advises individuals and businesses to conduct all forex dealings through official banking channels.
