In a series of emotional posts shared on her Instagram story, the actress revealed that she is mentally exhausted and accused her estranged husband of orchestrating the arrest of her siblings.

According to Regina, both her elder brother and sister have allegedly been detained, while her younger sister is being threatened with arrest unless she returns home and submits to what he called “rehab.”

The actress said she never intended to speak publicly about her marital ordeal but could no longer remain silent as the situation has become unbearable.

She accused Nwoko of labeling her a drug addict, describing the claim as both humiliating and false, and hinted that she would one day expose the truth about their relationship and everything that happened behind closed doors.

Expressing sadness over how their marriage has deteriorated, Regina said it was painful to see what was once a beautiful union turn into a public scandal. She appealed to her husband to stop targeting her family and allow her to move on with her life in peace.

She wrote:

“I tried to stay quiet on so many things. My sons and my family are my biggest challenge right now, but I will overcome and give them what they truly deserve. This is so embarrassing — hard girl like me crying!

“Someone please help me! I feel like I’m losing my mind. My big brother and sister have been arrested. My baby sister might be next unless I return home and agree to his so-called rehab.

“You said I’m a drug addict? Me? Because I use body rubs? What other name will you call me — a prostitute? I’ll speak one day and tell the world the truth about everything.

“I’m really trying to be the bigger person by staying silent, but I’m still young, and I can speak my pain if I have to. Leave my family alone, Ned! Leave me alone too! It’s heartbreaking that the beautiful legacy we once had is now being dragged before the whole world. Must things always end this way just because partners fall out of love?”

Her outburst comes shortly after Ned Nwoko accused the actress of drug and alcohol abuse, claiming her alleged behavior led to the breakdown of their marriage.
