In a series of emotional posts on Instagram, the actress revealed that Nwoko has approached the court seeking full custody of their children, even though they are currently living with him. She expressed anguish over being separated from her sons, insisting that no mother can truly be at peace under such circumstances.

Regina accused her husband of deliberately putting the children in the public eye to attract attention, questioning his motives as a public figure who should understand the consequences of exposing minors to intense media scrutiny. She suggested that the repeated online appearances of the children were driven more by a desire for publicity than by parental responsibility.

The actress further alleged that Nwoko dismissed all her nannies and coerced them into making false claims that she was violent and struggled with alcohol, accusations she firmly denied. According to her, she has not spoken with her children since mid-November.

Explaining her earlier silence, Regina said she initially avoided responding publicly to prevent escalating the situation online. However, she maintained that recent actions had left her no choice but to speak out.

Despite her age, the actress stressed her commitment to motherhood, describing herself as a devoted parent who deeply misses her children. She vowed that she would not back down, stating emphatically that she would fight to reclaim her sons and protect her rights as their mother.
