In a video shared on her Instagram page on February 5, 2026, the actress said she usually pays no attention to online gossip but felt compelled to speak out after recent claims deeply affected her.

She criticised the spread of untrue stories, questioning why people deliberately choose to damage others with false narratives.

Juliana, who rose to fame as Toyosi “Toyo Baby” in the hit series Jenifa’s Diary, is also known for being vocal about her Christian faith and how it influences her lifestyle and professional choices.

Responding to the rumours, she clarified that she has no problems working with anyone in Nollywood. According to her, she is open to collaborating with any producer or director, provided the script and the role do not conflict with her personal convictions.

She reiterated her stance on intimate scenes, explaining that she does not engage in kissing scenes in films because of her faith.

The actress stressed that while people are entitled to their opinions about her personality, acting skills, or willingness to work with her, spreading false information about her is unfair and hurtful.

Juliana added that her on-screen boundaries are not new, noting that she has turned down roles in the past that conflicted with her values. She said her beliefs continue to guide the kind of projects she accepts in her career.

She said, “I want to clear the air. There is absolutely no producer or director I cannot work with. I am open to working with anyone, as long as the story and my role do not go against my consecration to God.

“It is true that I wouldn’t kiss in movies.

“It’s okay if you don’t like me. It’s okay if you say I’m not a good actor or you don’t want to work with me. But lying about me is deeply wrong and hurtful.”
