Uzodinma Rallies Party Loyalists As APC Prepares For Key Local Congresses

Addressing party leaders yesterday at the Sam Mbakwe Executive Chambers in Government House, Uzodinma stressed that the outcomes of the congresses would significantly influence the party’s future and electoral prospects.

He emphasized that harmony and discipline among members are essential for sustaining electoral success, calling for peaceful collaboration among aspirants and party faithful.

“I urge stakeholders to work together in strengthening the Party’s structure and enhancing its electoral prospects. The Party’s success depends on the cooperation and sincerity of its members,” he said.

Uzodinma also promoted inclusive leadership, encouraging party leaders to consider diverse opinions in decision-making.

“I advocate for inclusive leadership, where all voices within the Party are heard. APC is a family united by a common vision for development, and disagreements should be resolved through dialogue,” he added.

Highlighting the importance of unity, the governor urged members to prioritize collective interests over personal ambitions. He acknowledged the contributions of party leaders and grassroots mobilizers in expanding the party’s reach across the state, while reaffirming his administration’s commitment to development and security.

In his remarks, the state APC chairman, MacDonald Ebere, commended members for their efforts in the ongoing electronic registration exercise. He also praised the governor for creating an enabling environment for the party and encouraged members to maintain their commitment to a peaceful congress.

Similarly, the Chairman of the Committee for the Ward and LGA Congresses, Godwin Anawore, highlighted the significance of the exercise and expressed optimism about the party’s future prospects. He acknowledged the governor’s role in promoting unity, noting that the congress would be critical in strengthening the party ahead of upcoming elections.
