Tacha Akide, popularly known as BBNaija star Tacha, has reacted to the recent incident in Ozoro, Delta State, raising concerns about how society responds to such cases. In her remarks, she highlighted that while the phrase “it’s not all men” is frequently used, thousands of cases of sexual assault go unreported each year, pointing to what she described as a troubling trend across the country. She stressed that these incidents should not be ignored or dismissed.
Tacha further asked who is responsible if not “all men,” suggesting that silence and the tendency of some individuals to protect or excuse such behaviour may allow it to persist. She also referenced disturbing videos from the Ozoro incident, noting that despite public outrage, there appears to be little visible action or accountability so far.
