She made the disclosure during an interview with media personality Chude Jidenowo, where she discussed the challenges they faced before the arrival of their first child in August 2025.
According to her, the speculation arose largely because many of Juma Jux’s friends and colleagues in the music industry already had children, making his situation stand out.
Priscilla added that even after they welcomed their baby, rumours did not stop, as some people still claimed the child was either carried through surrogacy or conceived via medical procedures.
She explained:
“In his country Tanzania, people thought he was impotent because he didn’t have a child or babymama like many of his friends and colleagues. They kept asking why he wasn’t having kids like them, especially since he had been in past relationships.
“They were just questions, but he knew his timing. He is very disciplined and knows what he wants. You can be around certain people without living like them.”
Recall that the couple held their civil wedding in Tanzania in February 2025, followed by traditional and white weddings in Lagos in April 2025. They later welcomed their son, Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, in Canada in August 2025.
