Following the assault of a Police officer in uniform at the third mainland bridge by Seun Kuti, Singer has encountered tremendous problems at the hand of the Nigeria Police Force as he has reportedly spent over a week in detention.

Earlier today, British citizens and Nigerians hit their various streets to protest, seeking the release of the embattled star.
