Fear In Lagos As Lady Shares Video Of Alleged Attack During Street Interview

A Nigerian lady has shared a video recounting an alleged attack involving a man who reportedly confronted her and her team while they were preparing to film content on the streets of Lagos.

In a video shared online, she recounted how a man allegedly confronted her while she was conducting an interview, shouting at her and making her feel uncomfortable. She said the man later disrupted their efforts to continue filming.

According to Bush Radio Academy, the lady explained that she normally keeps some money available for people who approach her while she is filming in public, as a way of handling unexpected encounters. However, she said the man did not appear to be seeking financial assistance and instead behaved in a manner she found unpredictable.

She said the situation became increasingly frightening and at one point made her consider abandoning the location because she felt unsafe.

The lady added that police officers later arrived at the scene and asked her team to explain what had happened. After listening to them, the officers reportedly advised the team to continue with their activities.

She further claimed that one of the officers subsequently chased the man away from the area.

Despite the intervention, the lady said the incident left a lasting impression on her, revealing that she continued to think about the experience for several days afterwards.
