The Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, granted Emefiele bail with a sum of N20 million and required one surety of equal amount.

Despite the court’s ruling that Emefiele be remanded at the correctional center until bail conditions were met, the DSS refused to comply and took him away in their vehicle.

In response to this situation, Aloy Ejimakor has called on President Bola Tinubu to intervene and put an end to the DSS’s habit of disregarding court orders.

Ejimakor emphasized that the continuous defiance of court orders by the DSS is highly condemnable.

Taking to Twitter, Ejimakor reminded everyone of a significant incident when the DSS also ignored court orders granting freedom to Nnamdi Kanu.

He urged President Tinubu to take action and prevent this recurring illegality by the secret service.
