The family of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has confirmed sending a handwritten letter to Finland-based agitator, Simon Ekpa.

Kanunta clarified that the sit-at-home has been cancelled by Nnamdi Kanu, and Ekpa should call for such protests using his own name, not that of the IPOB leader.

The confirmation came after Nnamdi Kanu sent a handwritten letter to Simon Ekpa from the Department of State Services (DSS) facility through his Special Counsel, Aloy Ejimakor, on Friday.
