Addressing reporters in Lokoja, Hon. Abdullahi Bello urged individuals using social media platforms to refrain from disseminating false information and to cease sharing stories that could potentially mislead and misinform the general public.

He went on to state that the identities of those responsible for the misinformation are known, yet the party remains committed to upholding the stance of the national chairman and ensuring the protection and preservation of the party’s constitution.

Bello firmly emphasized that discussions involving concessions had not taken place, as such actions would violate the party’s constitution and disregard the established due process.

He highlighted the governor’s unwavering loyalty to the party, affirming that any decisions made would adhere to constitutional guidelines.

Bello also reassured that the ongoing matter is nearing resolution, with all involved parties showing their commitment to honoring the party’s constitution.

Furthermore, Bello emphasized that Governor Yahaya Bello’s actions solely reflect the interests of APC members within the state and do not carry any personal animosity toward individuals.
