While acknowledging awareness of the tribunal’s decision in Asaba, Delta state, Senator Thomas has raised questions about its interpretation, prompting him to consider seeking a more accurate interpretation through the appellate court.
As the Vice Chairman of the Senate Committee on Labour and Productivity, he is determined to defend his electoral victory and uphold the integrity of the electoral process.
Senator Thomas has urged his supporters and APC members in Delta South Senatorial District to remain calm, exhibit brotherly love, exercise restraint, and stay resolute as they explore the next legal option.
He emphasized that the political landscape in Delta South will witness further developments as the legal battle unfolds, and he intends to appeal the judgment to defend his mandate.
