In a televised interview on Channels TV, the seasoned lawyer shared his insights on the matter, reflecting on his vast experience in the judiciary. He recollected his earlier comment about the verdict from the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) being among the best he’s witnessed in his career.

Casting doubt on the success of any appeal to the apex court by Obi and Atiku, he confidently stated, “Well my personal view and i believe my personal view has been enriched with my past experience in the dispensation of justice at the trial, i believe and i seriously believe that the unanimous judgement by the court of appeal is unavailable and it has fixed as you can fix anything and i can assure you if they is an appeal i doubt if anything that can come out of it.” CONTINUE READING

Clark’s statements come in the wake of the PEPC’s decision last Wednesday to uphold President Tinubu’s election victory, dismissing the petitions by APM, PDP, and LP which sought his disqualification.
