In a statement released on Tuesday by Dr. Saleh Bin-Ahmed, the Director of Publicity, Strategy, and Communication for the group, the Confederation of APC Support Groups Nationwide emphasized the importance of this appointment in ensuring a smooth transition for the APC party in the upcoming 2027 elections.
They also highlighted the need for adequate compensation and inclusion of support groups in the party’s activities.
Dr. Bin-Ahmed stated, “Engr. Muhammed, as the Director-General of the Confederation of APC Support Groups, is committed to taking care of support group leaders within the Confederation, ensuring effective administration, and securing victory for the party in future elections.
His extensive experience as a politician, philanthropist, seasoned public servant, veteran journalist, public affairs analyst, and opinion leader makes him well-suited to deliver the desired dividends of democracy to the Nigerian citizenry.”
The statement further expressed hope that President Tinubu would heed the people’s aspirations and recognize the significance of this appointment, emphasizing that there is no better time than the present to take this action.
