While President Tinubu’s electoral victory and its interpretation should ideally align with this simplicity, recent political trends, marred by bigotry, religious sentiments, and intense opposition-driven emotions, have made it clear that we are in for a LONG THING when it comes to misinformation.

It’s almost baffling how they persist without getting tired. Allow me to emphasize that this extends beyond a mere display of patriotism; instead, it reflects a deliberate propagation of malicious misinformation among the general public. Remember the smear campaigns against Tinubu during the election? Even though it’s abundantly evident that these allegations were baseless lies, they persist in their deceptive tactics

Have you ever wondered why, after elections, they have their own results that are completely different from what the INEC has? They will not stop peddling their phoney results until the television stations begin showing the results live.

It’s quite intriguing how these individuals persist in propagating their own narrative surrounding the Chicago State University certificate issue concerning Tinubu. They continue to cling to it with unwavering pride. What’s amusing is their tendency to turn this otherwise straightforward matter into a social media sensation, despite its inherent simplicity and ease of clarification.

It’s truly disheartening to realize that for the foreseeable four years, and possibly even longer, these individuals will continue to promote their own narrative that runs contrary to the truth.

This not only poses a detriment to the nation but also regrettably sways the diaspora community towards believing their fabrications. Furthermore, it serves as an advantage for the opposition, aiding their efforts to undermine and diminish the ruling party’s popularity.

This is the path they have chosen, and while no one can dispute their position, the responsibility lies with the Tinubu administration to stay unwavering in their commitment to delivering the promised dividends of democracy to the people.

Expect to encounter a continuous stream of manipulated stories about the President in the next three years and beyond. They will persist with their conspiracy theories, hoping to gain more followers.

The primary drawback of their falsehoods is that they risk causing the international community to view our country skeptically(GOAT EYEZ), as a result of the persistent stories they have circulated. It’s akin to a situation where a man openly spreads rumors about his wife’s behavior and then complains when his friends express interest in her.
