“Today, there is a lack of ideology in the National Assembly, and that’s why, in fact, the few opposing voices in the Senate have originated from the ruling party,” Falana remarked.
The Senior Advocate went on to criticize the decision by the government led by President Bola Tinubu to appoint individuals with strong partisan affiliations as Resident Electoral Commissioners (RECs) for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
