The governor revealed on his verified social media accounts that the administration has intensified its rural transformation efforts by commencing the construction of feeder roads.

He announced that these new road projects accompany the rehabilitation of vandalized transformers, the upgrade of power supply lines, and the commissioning of a new township stadium.

Governor Uba Sani shared, “I flagged off and commissioned the following projects today: Construction of a 10.2km feeder road (Dan-Makwarwa – Hunkuyi), Kudan Local Government; the renovated Kudan Township Stadium; installation of transformers and upgrade of power supply lines across the eight local government areas in zone 1, and installation of 2,000 solar street lights across the 8 local government areas in zone 1.”

He added, “The projects, when completed, will bridge the gap between rural and urban areas, revitalize rural economies, establish connections between farms and markets, reduce post-harvest losses by farmers, and enable our youths to develop their talents in sports.”

Prior to this, Governor Uba Sani had already enhanced the healthcare sector by providing modern equipment to primary healthcare centers in the state, weeks after allocating N3.1 billion to pensioners and other initiatives.
