According to an EFCC document, Margaret Emefiele, Eric Odoh, Anita Omoile, and her husband, Jonathan Omoile, are wanted for allegedly conspiring with the former CBN Governor in converting substantial sums of money belonging to the Federal Government. The charges include obtaining money by false pretenses and stealing, as outlined in Sections 411, 287, and 314 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.
