In the group stage encounter, the Super Eagles triumphed over Ivory Coast with a 1-0 win. Despite this previous success, both teams have advanced to the AFCON final after defeating South Africa and DR Congo in the semi-final stage.

In an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Saturday, Fuludu emphasized the importance of confident and tactical gameplay under Jose Peseiro’s leadership to emerge victorious in the upcoming match against Ivory Coast.

“The match is expected to be challenging, but the Super Eagles must exhibit confidence and tactical prowess to secure another win on the host’s soil,” Fuludu remarked.

He stressed the necessity of strength, tactical acumen, and team cohesion to overcome Ivory Coast.

“I remain optimistic for the team’s success. With dedication and assertive play, victory is within reach for the Eagles,” Fuludu concluded.
