The President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, has emphasized that the late Chief Executive Officer of Access Holding, Herbert Wigwe, was known for his commitment to ethical business practices and never resorted to shortcuts for achieving success.

Akpabio made these remarks in response to the tragic helicopter crash in California, USA, which claimed the lives of Wigwe, his wife, son, and others. In a statement released on Sunday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Eseme Eyiboh, Akpabio expressed deep sorrow over the loss and highlighted Wigwe’s significant contributions to Nigeria’s banking and finance sector.
