Zafric’s musical journey is one fueled by passion, persistence, and undeniable talent. Born and bred in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, with ancestral ties to Bayelsa, Zafric’s musical odyssey began at the tender age of 13 when he penned his inaugural song.

Driven by an innate connection to music, he honed his craft while pursuing a Music degree at Bowen University, where he became a familiar presence at campus events and competitions.

However, Zafric’s trajectory took unexpected turns as he delved into academia and the fashion industry, briefly assuming roles as a production manager and later as a Junior Lecturer at The Polytechnic Ibadan. Yet, amidst diverse experiences, Zafric’s heart remained unwaveringly devoted to music—a calling he could not ignore.

In October 2023, Zafric made a bold decision to pursue a career as a musical artist, embarking on a journey that would catapult him to the forefront of Nigeria’s music scene. Collaborating with LFA, a talented producer from his university days, Zafric crafted his debut single, “WAVE,” a captivating blend of Hip-Hop, R&B/Soul, and Afro-fusion.
