The incident occurred in St. Louis, where Laticha Bracero and her 21-year-old daughter, Alyssa Cordova, were struck by a speeding car as they crossed the road after leaving the concert venue.

According to eyewitnesses and disturbing video footage captured at the scene, Bracero and Cordova were walking through a crosswalk when a car disregarded a red light and careened into them, causing fatal injuries. The impact was severe, and despite efforts to save them, both victims succumbed to their injuries.

The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department revealed that the alleged driver, identified as 22-year-old Monte Henderson, was recklessly speeding and running red lights for several blocks prior to the tragic collision. Following the accident, Henderson was arrested by authorities. He now faces serious charges, including two counts each of armed criminal action and involuntary manslaughter.
