In the footage, the employee, identified as a Nigerian woman, shares her face as she recounts playing a Ludo game with her boss, who also happens to be her employer, and emerging as the victor.

Subsequently, she reveals a WhatsApp conversation with her boss, showcasing the tasks he assigned her.

The boss’s message reads, “The job requires humility, and you’re very proud. I’m sorry to say, but you’re not the right fit for the job. Fired.”
