Dr. Oluwafemi “Tijion” Esho, a prominent cosmetic doctor featured on television, has had his medical license revoked in the United Kingdom. The decision follows allegations of offering Botox treatments in exchange for sexual favors.
Esho admitted to an inappropriate emotional connection with a woman, referred to as Patient A, exchanging “unsuitable” sexual messages on Instagram. Despite his claims of no physical involvement, a panel from the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) determined otherwise.
The tribunal found that Esho engaged in sexual intercourse with Patient A at his Newcastle upon Tyne clinic in 2021 and provided free Botox. Additionally, during a prior consultation, he made inappropriate remarks about her buttocks, touched her, and pressed himself against her.
This isn’t the first time Esho has faced such accusations. Last year, the tribunal discovered similar misconduct and inappropriate behavior toward Patient A.
As a result, the tribunal concluded that Esho’s actions compromised his ability to practice medicine ethically. His name was struck from the medical register following the decision on Saturday.
More details regarding the tribunal’s decision will be disclosed next week. Esho, known for his Esho Clinic with locations in London, Liverpool, and Dubai, has served numerous celebrity clients.
