Police authorities in Plateau State have apprehended a 17-year-old boy, identified as Michael, for allegedly attempting to detonate a bomb inside a bank in the Jos area of the state.

According to reports circulating online, the suspect brazenly entered the banking hall and confronted a cashier, demanding a ransom of N100 million under threat of detonating the explosive device in his possession.
Fortunately, vigilant staff members quickly raised the alarm, leading to the swift apprehension of the teenager by law enforcement officers.
In a video obtained following his arrest, the young suspect claimed he was coerced into carrying out the nefarious act, though he failed to disclose the identity of his alleged manipulators.
