Chaos At Benin Airport! Mama P Claims LP’s Abure Sent Thugs To Attack Her — Video Sparks Outrage

There was high drama on Saturday as activist Precious Oruche, popularly known as Mama P, accused the factional National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP), Julius Abure, of sending thugs to assault her at the Benin Airport, Edo State.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Earlier, Abure’s faction through its National Publicity Secretary, Obiora Ifoh, alleged that Mama P had first accosted the chairman at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, while boarding a Max Air flight to Benin.
Ifoh claimed that the activist harassed Abure throughout the flight, despite repeated efforts by flight attendants to calm the situation.
But in a live Instagram broadcast, Mama P dismissed the account, insisting that Abure deployed thugs to attack her because she confronted him over “selling out the Labour Party and betraying Nigerians’ hopes.”
“When I told him he sold the Labour Party, one of the thugs he sent threatened to shoot me,” she alleged, adding that she was struck in the eye during the scuffle.
The activist vowed not to be silenced, stressing she would continue to challenge “dirty politicians.” She further alleged that Abure collected money during the Edo governorship election but refused to relinquish power after benefiting.
According to her, the Labour Party only gained national relevance after Peter Obi joined in 2023, but Abure’s alleged misconduct was one of the reasons Obi eventually left ahead of the 2027 elections.
Efforts by Naija News to reach Oruche for further comments were unsuccessful, as her phone remained unreachable at press time.
