The Edo State  Coordinator of the Asiwaju 2027 Re-Election Movement, High Chief Lucky Ohimai, has applauded the planned defection of Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah to the All Progressives Congress (APC), describing it as a bold and progressive step in the right direction.

According to High Chief Lucky Ohimai, Governor Mbah’s decision to join the APC shows courage, foresight, and a commitment to national unity under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

> “Governor Mbah’s move is more than politics — it’s a statement of faith in a working government. His leadership spirit aligns perfectly with the progressive vision of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu,” Ohimai said.

He added that the development will further strengthen the APC in the South-East and open new doors of opportunity for the people of Enugu State.
