It Came Straight From The Pit Of Hell!” – Fubara Reacts To Backing ADC Candidates

Reports indicate that Napoleon Ukalikpen and Bulabari Henrietta Loolo emerged victorious in the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries for the Ahoada East State Constituency II and Khana State Constituency II seats, respectively. Both are widely regarded as allies of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike. This development led some observers to interpret it as a setback for Fubara, with claims circulating that he planned to support ADC candidates instead of those of the APC.

However, according to THISDAY, Fubara strongly denied the accusations, calling them “blatant lies from the pit of hell.” He stated that those spreading such rumors were attempting to sow discord within the APC in Rivers State.

“The APC in Rivers State is one family. During the lead-up to the primaries, President Bola Tinubu intervened and urged everyone to support the candidates of the former governor and FCT minister, Nyesom Wike, so that peace could prevail,” Fubara explained.

He questioned how he could possibly be supporting another party’s candidates when the APC contenders were members of the same political family.

Fubara expressed disappointment that political opponents continue to stir unnecessary divisions. He reassured APC members in the state of his continued loyalty and commitment to securing victory for the party in the polls.

He also encouraged Rivers residents to stay focused on developmental priorities and not be distracted by unfounded claims.
