She made this known during an interview on “Curiosity Made Me Ask,” hosted by Nigerian content creator Isbaeu.
During the conversation, Isbaeu jokingly commented on how people interpret intimate scenes, saying, “I don’t know how you people do it, you’ll kiss somebody and go home and say it is Joshua I kissed. It’s not Joshua you kissed, it was Yomi Fash-Lanso you kissed.”
In her response, Scarlet Gomez emphasized that her husband fully trusts her and does not allow jealousy to affect their relationship, describing him as a mature partner.
“I’m married to a man, not a boy. He doesn’t have a small ego, and he trusts his wife. Moving on,” she said.
In related entertainment news, Nollywood actress Yvonne Jegede has shared her perspective on marriage, describing it as overrated while still expressing happiness for those who find fulfillment in it.
In an interview with Punch, she explained that her opinion is based on both personal experience and observations of people around her. According to her, many women face significant pressure in marriage and often carry unequal responsibilities.
She acknowledged that some marriages are happy and successful but noted that, from her environment, she does not always see marriage working out positively for women.
Jegede added that her views are shaped by her lived experiences and societal observations, but she respects those who enjoy successful marriages even though her perspective differs.
