A review of her Instagram profile on Thursday showed that Leonard’s name, which previously appeared on her page, is no longer there.
This move has added to ongoing rumours of marital strain, which neither Ovire nor Leonard has addressed publicly.
As of the time of this report, both actors have maintained silence and have not released any statement to deny or confirm the separation claims.
The couple, who got married in 2022, have also been absent from public outings together in recent months and have stopped exchanging birthday messages on social media.
Speculation about trouble in their marriage first emerged in December 2024 when Ovire shared a Christmas photo of herself wearing pyjamas without Leonard. The rumours deepened in May 2025 after she posted a video of herself getting ready for a wedding event without her wedding ring.
Meanwhile, in a separate development, Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has shut down rumours suggesting a split from his second wife, Judy Austin.
For months, there had been widespread speculation that the couple’s relationship was facing challenges, particularly after they stopped sharing affectionate posts online.
However, Yul surprised fans on Wednesday by publicly celebrating Judy’s birthday with a heartfelt Instagram post and a video praising her.
He captioned the post: “Happy birthday to you, Nwunye Odogwu, Ijele Odogwu, Ijele Isi Mmili ji Ofor, Okwulu Okalisia. judyaustin1 My love.”
