For Hon. Esosa, Education has been a cornerstone of his agenda, with notable achievements including the donation of 41 modern computer sets to New Era College in Benin City. This move has not only enhanced digital literacy among students but also opened doors to improved learning experiences.

His commitment to expanding access to quality education is further underscored by the renovation of Odia Primary School in Evbodia, which included the addition of new classrooms and sanitation facilities. This initiative has improved the learning environment for hundreds of pupils.

Beyond academia, Hon. Iyawe has demonstrated a deep concern for the well-being of his constituents. In 2025, he donated essential medical equipment to the New Era Primary Healthcare Centre, strengthening primary health services and ensuring residents receive better care. His health outreach programs have also included free eye surgeries in partnership with healthcare providers, bringing much-needed relief to many residents.

A thriving community requires social and economic vitality. To this end, Hon. Iyawe launched the Hon. Engr. Esosa Iyawe Food Bank initiative, aimed at cushioning the effects of economic hardship by distributing food supplies to vulnerable families across the constituency.

In a creative fusion of youth development and sportsmanship, he donated a specially designated bus to the Edo State Football Association, reinforcing his conviction that sports can be a catalyst for discipline, unity, and opportunity among young people.
