2.Last night, President Tinubu instructed the military and relevant agencies to ramp up rescue efforts at the helicopter crash site in Rivers State. The chartered helicopter, marked 5N-BQG and operated by Eastwind Aviation Logistics Services Limited, went down in the Atlantic Ocean on Thursday morning while transporting senior officials of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL).

Justice Jide Aladejana issued the ruling in response to a suit filed by Prince Olakunle Fadare and others challenging Olugbesoye’s ascension to the throne.

10.Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to developing satellite towns and rural areas within the territory. He made this statement during the inauguration of a new road construction project in Abuja on Thursday.
