According to DAILY POST, a two-storey structure in the Orile-Iganmu area collapsed on Monday morning. Mr. Nosa Okunbor, Head of the Public Affairs Unit at LASEMA, stated that the building collapsed on its own around 8:45 a.m.
He confirmed that there were no injuries resulting from the incident and assured that further updates would be provided. “LASEMA Response Teams are currently conducting a search and rescue operation at the self-collapsed building located on Amusu Street, Baale Bus Stop, Orile-Iganmu. There are no casualties, and more updates will follow,” he added.
