An Ibadan driver was caught on video wearing a woman’s Ankara blouse while driving his passengers.

A surprised passenger recorded the scene and posted it online.

The video shows the driver in a blue Ankara blouse with puffy sleeves that flare out at the wrists.

Unaware of the attention his outfit was drawing, the driver continued to wave down passengers.
