In a post on X, Sani emphasized that Aliko Dangote, Chairman of the Dangote Group, is a businessman focused on commercial interests rather than social services or charitable fuel distribution. He warned against expecting Dangote to act as a benefactor for petrol.

Sani also highlighted that the NNPCL remains central to ensuring stability and shaping the future of Nigeria’s energy sector. “Dangote is a businessman, not a provider of free petrol. Don’t anticipate him to be your ‘Father Christmas’ for fuel,” he wrote.
