Despite earlier warnings about underperformance, Tinubu’s cabinet had largely remained unchanged, aside from the suspension of Dr. Betta Edu, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation. Last November, Tinubu introduced the Central Delivery Coordination Unit, led by Mrs. Hadiza Bala-Usman, to evaluate ministerial performance, stating that performance would dictate future positions.
