The unfolding drama surrounding the sentencing of controversial cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, better known as Bobrisky, is taking on new dimensions of intrigue and speculation. Reports from Naija News indicate that the situation has intensified following the release of an audio clip by activist and social media influencer Martins Vincent Otse, known as VeryDarkMan…….CONTINUE READING
In the explosive recording, Bobrisky purportedly confessed to bribing the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to have money laundering charges against him dropped and to facilitate his escape from the Kirikiri Correctional Centre in Lagos State. These revelations have sparked a wave of disbelief on social media, leading many to question the legitimacy of the legal proceedings involving Bobrisky.
Further complicating the narrative is the involvement of James Brown, another well-known cross-dresser, who announced on June 8 that he visited Bobrisky at Kirikiri. However, a source close to James revealed to FIJ that Bobrisky was no longer in prison at the time of the visit.
The source explained, “James went there to see someone named Vindicate, who had invited him to participate in recording a song from prison. The prison authorities approved the idea, allowing James to come in.”
The insider also speculated on James’s motivations, stating, “I don’t know why James claimed he went to see Bobrisky; maybe it was for clout. I can provide videos of James in prison with the people he intended to see. But have you ever seen a single photo of Bobrisky and James together in prison?”
This ongoing saga continues to captivate audiences and raise questions about the intersection of celebrity, legality, and social media dynamics.
