The long-awaited day has finally come, and Nigerians will flock to the polls tomorrow to decide the destiny of their nation for the next four years.
Residents of Edo State’s Ovia Federal Constituency are already looking beyond the elections and looking forward to celebrating with the constituency’s incumbent lawmaker , Hon Dennis Idahosa.
According to them, it has long been a foregone conclusion that they would vote for Dennis Idahosa, given the wonderful work he has done over the last three and a half years.
His consistency in completing projects not only endeared him to them, but also opened their eyes to the duties of the legislative chambers toward national development.
According to Omoregie, a resident of NIFOR, Dennis Idahosa not only changed the narrative of responsive legislative duties, but he also ensured equality for all in the distribution of his projects.
He claims that a cow has already been purchased for the victory party, which will be held in one of the public schools Dennis Idahosa built for them.
Charles Igbinoba, an Igoubazuwa resident, claimed that Dennis Idahosa’s contribution to the community is immeasurable and cannot be compared to that of any previous administration, regardless of the level of government.
Charles states that after the electoral victory of the youthful lawmaker, there will be a victory celebration at Igoubazuwa, and everyone is invited.
It was a similar attitude shared among some communities in Ovia North East and Ovia South West, as there seemed to be a general expectation that Dennis Idahosa would be reelected due to his outstanding performance, and the people appear to have big plans for his expected victory.
